Responsibilities

• You will operate and maintain production machinery, support consistent product quality, and uphold strict safety standards
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery to support safe and efficient operation
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products as needed, following all safety guidelines
• Monitor production processes, identify issues or defects, and communicate concerns promptly
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as calipers to complete production tasks accurately
• Assist with general production, assembly, and machine operation tasks, including press brake operation where required
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and escalate more complex problems to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company housekeeping standards
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
• Demonstrate consistent, punctual attendance and a strong sense of accountability in daily work
• This role is based in a manufacturing and warehouse setting within a new, large-scale plant that incorporates in-house powder coating operations
• You will work around active machinery and equipment in an environment that can be hot, heavy, and noisy, with exposure to varying temperatures and industrial processes
• The position includes both first shift (5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) and second shift (3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., Monday through Friday) opportunities, with a shift differential offered for second shift
