As the company expands, InBody Oceania is looking for a motivated and proactive IT and Technical Support Specialist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, current student, junior IT professional, or service technician looking to develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
This role combines customer service, technical support, field service, and software assistance. Full product and systems training will be provided, making it ideal for someone with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance and support. Your responsibilities will include a mix of remote customer support, work-from-home flexibility, and onsite customer visits across Sydney and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and support tickets.
- Provide software and technical support for InBody products and applications.
- Assist customers with software integrations and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with international support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support customer onboarding and training.
- Conduct onsite service visits, maintenance, and device health checks.
- Assist with installations, commissioning, and equipment setup.
- Complete service reports and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers and proactively identify service opportunities.

Hours & Location
- Sydney-based position.
- Initially part-time (approximately 24 hours per week across 3 days).
- Opportunity to transition to full-time as the business continues to grow.
- Travel required across NSW, Canberra, and occasionally Victoria.
