Marketing Technology Technical Lead (MarTech)

Job Brief

We are looking for a

Marketing Technology Technical Lead with strong expertise in

Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC)

or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform. The role requires a strong technical background, the ability to design complex architectures, and hands‑on involvement in development and integration work.

Responsibilities
• Platform Leadership: Own the technical setup, configuration, and health of Adobe Campaign Classic.
• Requirements Translation: Work closely with business teams to translate marketing requirements into clear technical specifications, solution designs, and development tasks.
• Architecture & Design: Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and integration designs.
• Technical Development Oversight:
• Guide and validate development tasks (workflows, data schemas, custom scripts, delivery templates).
• Support hands‑on coding when needed (SQL, JavaScript, XML/XTK, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Support production deployments.
• Integrations & Data: Manage data flows between ACC and external systems (SFTP, APIs..). Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Performance & Governance: Monitor platform performance, optimize workflows, manage releases, and maintain documentation and standards.
• Vendor/Team Coordination: Work with internal dev teams and external implementation partners to ensure timely, high‑quality technical delivery.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the relevant domain.
• Strong experience with Adobe Campaign Classic or similar marketing automation tools (SFMC, Braze, etc.).
• Solid technical background with hands-on skills in SQL & data modelling, JavaScript and scripting logic, API integrations (REST/SOAP), ETL/data pipelines and workflow orchestration.
• Proven ability to design and explain architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Experience managing the technical aspects of a marketing platform: release cycles, environment management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business, data, and technology team.
